From January 2015 through the end of 2017, we featured each month poems from a different country and culture as part of our ongoing interest in international haiku. We will be featuring those World of Haiku presentations again, both to remind you of the richness of the genre worldwide, and also to inspire you to update and improve your country’s haiku offering. Please let us know if you’d like to help us make this the most up-to-date source for haiku around the world.
Meanwhile, we feature a new World of Haiku report from Argentina for July 2019, compiled, edited and translated by Leticia Sicilia. For more information about haiku in this part of the world, see Haiku in Argentina.
