This Month in Haikupedia — September 27, 2026

The Haiku Foundation welcomes you to Haikupedia!

Additions to the Haikupedia database this month include American poet Cor van den Heuvel‘s short bio (a place-holder of a longer one to come), as well as contest articles for the Haiku International Association (HIA) Haiku Contest (non-Japanese Section, 1999- ) and the George Klacsanzky Memorial Haiku Contest (2026- ). The short bios of American poets Robin Smith and Brad Bennett have been revised, and three contest articles have been updated with their 2026 results: the Peggy Willis Lyles Haiku Awards (2013- ), Marlene Mountain Memorial Haiku Contest (2018- ), and Sharpening the Green Pencil Haiku Contest (2012- ). Also note that the Triveni Awards (2024- ) were updated with their 2025 results.

We welcome your feedback and involvement. If you have suggestions, comments, or note any errors, please contact the editors using the Haikupedia Contact Box. We look forward to reading your reactions to and ideas for this important project!
