THF Lectures: Ruth Yarrow
This THF Lecture features Ruth Yarrow on North American birds in haiku, wherein Ruth imitates the birds featured in her poems. Entertaining and instructive at the same time. This lecture was recorded at Haiku North America 2015 at Union College in Schenectady on 16 October 2015.

Thank you for posting this lecture – I’ll bet if the windows and doors of the auditorium were open, some feathered creature would answer Ruth Yarrow’s call, and many poets in the audience would be scratching out notes for a Haiku poem in response! I find it interesting that her surname rhymes with a bird name.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for recording this presentation! It was absolutely my favorite of many stellar presentations at Haiku North America and I am thrilled to be able to view it and share it.
