The Haiku Foundation thanks its generous patrons from Thanksgiving to St. Nicholas’s Day with special presentations of work accomplished during the past year, and invites everyone to contribute to our continuing success by donating during our Fundraiser.
THF Fact of the Day: In 2017 The Haiku Foundation added nearly 100 volumes to its hard copy library, more than 100 volumes to its digital library, and completed the cataloguing of its books (there are still journals and archives to go). Digital Librarian Garry Eaton featured a sampling of our holdings in his Librarian’s Cache feature, and Book of the Week featured others. With more than 4400 discrete volumes, the THF hard copy library is probably the largest such collection in the world.

In 2017 The Haiku Foundation realized dozens of important achievements for haiku on a budget not even halfway to the poverty line. Imagine what we could do with real resources. You can help us make this come true. Please consider donating to this year’s THF Fundraiser.
