Thanks to you
The Haiku Foundation’s campaign to raise funds to create a Video Archive has been a tremendous success. We surpassed our goal of raising $6,000 a couple of days ago, and the donations are still coming in.
Thank you! Your generosity is overwhelming. Now, on to the task of creating the Video Archive of our dreams.
THF founder and president Jim Kacian plans to conduct interviews during his travels over the coming months, and has used some of the donated funds to acquire professional-quality recording equipment. His busy schedule includes a speaking engagement in New Zealand and plans to attend the Cradle of American Haiku conference in Mineral Point, Wisconsin.
Our campaign site on IndieGoGo will remain open to donations until June 18. Further donations received through the site will be put toward the Video Archive. This is only the beginning…
in gratitude,
Mark Harris, on behalf of everyone at The Haiku Foundation

Ellen, thank you. I’m also looking forward to learning from the Video Archive, which even now is taking shape. The support of so many generous people has been inspiring. And we’re not done yet. The donations are still coming in–today’s the last day to donate through the IndieGoGo site.
Dear Mark, This is wonderful news. I look forward to learning from the Video Archive, as it is created, and thank you and everyone! Ellen
