Survey Says . . . THF Education Resources 2021
Today’s question: Education Resources
The Education Resources component of The Haiku Foundation features a series of graded lessons (K, 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, high school and college, adult) designed for use by educators, but also by those simply interested in learning more about the genre. In addition, a multitude of classroom exercises by a variety of educators and poets have been added, as well as theoretical articles on the teaching of haiku. In addition, our holdings include a bevy of “Teaching Stories” where those engaged in teaching haiku tell of their successes, share their techniques, offer support to the community, and add to our repertoire for future teaching projects.

I didn’t even realize that THF had education resources until this blogpost, so thank-you for that. Browsing through the education wall, I noticed that the links to the Montage Galleries in the Haiku Introduction for Junior High School Classes as well as the links in the Haiku Introduction for High School Classes are broken (404 page not found error). A great resource for teachers.
