Franziska Günther studied English and German linguistics and literary studies at LMU Munich and holds a PhD in linguistics. She has been doing research at the intersection area between linguistics, cognitive psychology and literary studies for years. As the linguist member of an interdisciplinary research team, she is keen on finding out more about how people read and understand haiku.
