Henderson Award for Haiku (Haiku Society of America, 2006); Honorable Mention, Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival Invitational (2006 and 2008); First Place (with Michael Dylan Welch), Haiku Poets of Northern California Rengay Contest (2009); and several poems were selected for inclusion in various editions of Red Moon Anthology "best of year" series.
