Awards and Other Honors: Released 10 new books at international literary festival WORDS – one path to peace and understanding -- Oslo, Norway in September 2008; attended 20th Annual International Literary Festival Druskininkai Poetic Fall and 5th World Haiku Association Conference in Lithuania, Sept 30 to Oct 5, 2009.

stinks of petrol:
bomb explosion

stoic welcomes
winter darkness
change in human life

life is hard for each of us
not for butterflies
dancing on the wing

unaware of Iraq war
children are playing:
sunshine holiday

in the garden
five red roses—
angels there
