Selected Work

amid frogs skitter
in the pond's vicissitudes
the pink lotus stills

in the coffeeshop
an empty chair sits smiling
at the pouring rain

brushed by his soft breath
eight thousand sakura blushed
quiet giggles bloomed

from raw maple bough
one red leaf now pirouettes
to grand curtain call

pristine brook water
drinks heaven's heavy sorrows―
dusk thunderstorm wine

at slow yawn of light
behind onerous mountains
two shadows vanished
