Catherine holds a BA in both English and Accounting. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and fur babies and constantly finds inspiration in the beauty she is blessed enough to be surrounded by. Her haiku and senryu have been published in various journals and anthologies including Cattails, Modern Haiku, Frogpond, Failed Haiku, bottle rockets, Three Line Poetry, 50 Haikus, and Wild Voices: an anthology of short poetry and art by women. autumn wind
a small brown leaf becomes
a sparrow

weeds begin to cover
the farm stand
field of clover

and smaller
