It is very sad news that Werner Reichhold, husband of Jane, died yesterday.

Please celebrate what they have done for our haiku community over many many years. Here's a lovely piece from Sandra Simpson about Jane and Werner:

How very sad indeed. How very deep my connections with haiku poets whose writing captures the essence of their lives and sends it forward for others.

Released in October 2017, Chrysanthemum included a lovely memorial to the memory of Werner Reichhold.

Download the PDF of Issue 22, and read from pages 122 to 125, in both English and German.
