I hope you enjoy it. I tend to enjoy English haiku more than I do Japanese haiku.
This is my favorite poem at the moment, penned by Susan Constable-

shades of blue
the deer's remaining eye
cradled by bone

okay :) i am a big fan of hers, and that poem is simply amazing.
Her ku should have placed second or first in the Robert Spiess contest, not third.
