Hi folks, a message from Colin re Notes from the Gean

Dear Poets and Readers,

I am sorry that there has been some speculation regarding the status of Notes from the Gean : NTFG

We are still continuing with NTFG and have a new web address which is:

www.notesfromthegean.com

Plus we also have an exciting new look coming very soon.

We apologise for any inconvenience and would hope that you all would resubmit your work to our new editors - who will be announced very soon - for them to make their own selections from your complete or new submissions.

Announcements will be made soon regarding addresses where to submit.

I must also apologise for not keeping the haiku community informed of events.

The timing of all this has been unfortunate as I am at my mother's in Edinburgh for my birthday, Aug 2, and will not be able to correspond fully until I get back to Aberdeen on thursday 4th

I am using an internet cafe at the moment but promise to supply more details of our future plans when I get back home.

We wish those who have left well with their future plans and assure all within the haiku world we have many more exciting issues of NTFG to come.

col

please note, as these are new appointees
it would be best to send "full" submissions to each new editor
they will after all have their own views and selection criteria

I can only apologise again for any confusion
and thank you for your goodwill and ask that you bear with us

we will still be putting out an issue in September
albeit a little later than usual
