hi Alan and Karen,

i tried to leave a comment with Issue 2. not sure if it took. i hate my interaction with google drive 😶

so. . . the gist of my very short comment (yes, it occasionally happens—🙃):::each individual page as well as each poet's individual work has such a wonderfully intimacy about it. it's going to be a slow read, for that very reason. no skimming. no browsing through. each haibun deserves and will get a thoughtful read.

i've never read pieces like these. the journal is a delight. thank you for all the hard work that went into its publication this issue.

Hi Lorraine,

We got a lovely comment from you on the Blo͞o blog!

And an incredible one privately! We are so blown away, both by your comments, and your haibun, we'll have to answer tomorrow. Thank you!!!!!!

And thank you for leaving this comment as well. So much work went into this issue, and I've been editor on many journals in the past, but never to this degree. Thought and care had to be done to showcase the work.

Thank you for all of your haibun, it's been a privilege, and an honor.

Alan
