Title: weird laburnum
Post by: AlanSummers on May 20, 2019, 07:24:26 AM
After writing a number of nature-based haiku I've let my more unusual side reappear with a selection of work at new magazine weird laburnum: Weird haiku. Modern haiku. New haiku. Western haiku. Gendai haiku. Short form. Minimalism. And beyond.

Sometimes I write "in a fugue" and can't explain. Here's my go at explaining or doing some deconstructions:  https://weirdlaburnum.wordpress.com/2019/05/19/229/#comment-51

Alan,

Underlayment. The layering of meaning beyond the immediate, noticeable meaning. I've never heard it called underlayment; I'll remember that.

Thank you for showing the complexity of these poems.
