Just to ask if 'willow' on its own, within a verse, a seasonal word?

It's awesome how much she has covered around kigo and other aspects of Japanese haikai literature.

The verb certainly gives the interest to look deeper. This is the closest to what I was looking for to represent a death poem I have in mind.
