Entry Form: Touchstone Awards for Individual Poems

  • Please nominate no more than two poems for the Touchstone Awards for Individual Poems. Only one of these poems can be your own work. Nominated poems must have been published in 2020 in a juried public venue such as a book, journal, online site or contest. Self-published haiku and haiku published on self-edited blogs are not eligible. Haiku must be submitted with the form provided below.

    The deadline for submission is December 31, 2020.
