Book of the Week: Wayfarers: A Chapbook of Haiku by Canadian Poet Roland Packer
Roland lives in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. He is a musician in various roles and always has a haiku notebook close at hand. He is featured in the 2018 international haiku collection Echoes 2: The New Resonance 20th Anniversary Update. Selected haiku from Wayfarers include:
the fiddler counts
without losing a beat
loose change
a scrawled note
instead of a coin
ferryman
a tv preacher
lays his hands on the screen
white noise
