Book of the Week: Water on the Moon
Alan Summers wrote a perceptive introduction for this week’s Book of the Week, Water on the Moon, by Helen Buckingham, in which he noted the uniform tone which ties the poems together despite their wide diversity in theme. It may take several readings to appreciate what Alan meant, but it is well worth it. A very strong collection by a distinctive poetic personality.
