Book of the Week: The Screech of Chalk
Today’s Book of the Week is The Screech of Chalk, by Ralf Broker, published in a superb collection in 2016 by Red Moon Press. Broker is regarded by many as one of the premiere German haiku poets writing today, so it is a pleasure to feature his first haiku (with a few tanka) collection here, in German and English, with an introduction in German by Dietmar Tauchner and a laudatory Foreword in English by Richard Gilbert.
