Book of the Week – Igracke(Toys): Haiku about Toys
The Igracaka Festival had a haiku contest on the subject of toys and these are the results of the competition. The book was edited and translated by Đurđa Vukelić Rožić.
From the Introduction – From the beginning, children have always had their toys, something of interest for them in order to avoid disturbing their parents, who are occupied with various concerns for the survival of the species. The first toys were made from the materials available in the area where people lived.
