Book of the Week: Between the Chimes
Today’s Book of the Week is Between the Chimes, by Charles Trumbull, published by King’s Road Press in 2011. Though Charlie has made a reputation in haiku circles as an important haiku bibliographer, essayist, and historian, as an editor of Modern Haiku, and as Honorary Curator of the American Haiku Archives, he is also the author of brilliantly understated haiku that often take us deep into unfamiliar emotional territory.
